We could not be happier with Terry and Laurie as our realtors when selling our first home. They knew the area well enough that we were able to correctly price the home, even though inventory was scarce and other realtors were at a loss when trying to find comps. The photographer they work with is so amazing, and their digital marketing so good, that we got a full-price offer within a few hours of the listing going live online. Highly recommend!

We initially contacted the Carlson's about 6 months prior to listing our property. We had to leave and advised them that we would contact them upon our return to the area. When we returned, we contacted them and picked up right where we left off. We enjoyed the time we spent with Terry & Laurie. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with all aspects of the sale.

Thanks to Laurie’s & Terry’s constant follow-up, we had the smoothest listing, sale and closing. As we didn’t live where the condo being sold was located, keeping in contact was very important to us and Laurie went above and beyond. Even though she was the selling realtor, Laurie attended the home inspection which was very fortuitous because the buyer’s realtor let the inspector and buyer into our condo and promptly left. There are not enough words of praise for all the work Laurie, Terry and Brittany did sell our condo. You will not find two better realtors.

Words are not enough to describe Terry Carlson. From the second I contacted Terry, he was there for my husband and I every step of the way! Wow.... the knowledge, experience and passion he has for his profession is undeniable. We were from out of state looking for a new home in Cape Coral. Terry and Lorie were great. Their knowledge of the business and marketing strategies were amazing. They are true professionals and we would highly recommend them. From the first appointment to list to closing they were with us every step of the way. Our house sold in record time all due to their efforts.
