We could not be happier with Terry and Laurie as our realtors when selling our first home. They knew the area well enough that we were able to correctly price the home, even though inventory was scarce and other realtors were at a loss when trying to find comps. The photographer they work with is so amazing, and their digital marketing so good, that we got a full-price offer within a few hours of the listing going live online. Highly recommend!

We initially contacted the Carlson's about 6 months prior to listing our property. We had to leave and advised them that we would contact them upon our return to the area. When we returned, we contacted them and picked up right where we left off. We enjoyed the time we spent with Terry & Laurie. The sale went smoothly and we were happy with all aspects of the sale.

Words are not enough to describe Terry Carlson. From the second I contacted Terry, he was there for my husband and I every step of the way! Wow.... the knowledge, experience and passion he has for his profession is undeniable. We were from out of state looking for a new home in Cape Coral.
